Core Developments receives three nominations for the 2021 MBA Awards

The 2021 Master Builders and Asset Construction Hire Housing Excellence Award nominees have been announced with Core Building Group as finalists in three categories.
East Gate in Denman Prospect, Shoji in Coombs and Jade in Gungahlin have been nominated for the ‘Apartments and Units 4 Storeys and Above’, ‘Apartments and Units up to 3 Storeys’ and ‘Apartments and Units Highrise Living’ categories respectively.
Both developed and built by Core Developments, East Gate Denman Prospect and Shoji in Coombs are primely located in Molonglo Valley. East Gate comprises 17 generous townhouses and 70 apartments that were purpose-built to harmoniously blend with their natural surrounds. Both the townhouses and apartment feature a unique cross-ventilation design to moderate airflow, thermoregulate and for optimal sustainability. Shoji’s 45 one-to-three bedroom townhomes bring Japanese-style design and high quality finishes to the secluded region.
Developed by Pod Projects Group, Jade is a striking new development in Gungahlin that towers over 14 levels with luxury penthouses spread across the top three floors. The exterior that is reminiscent of a high-end hotel whilst exclusive resident amenity offers resort-level experiences, inclusive of a gym, 20m lap pool, rooftop park, alfresco dining and entertaining areas.
The awards night will be held on 20 August 2021 at Parliament House.
