I spent a lot of time walking around Denman Prospect since 2019, and I decided that this is the place for me.
I picked Marlu for its proximity to the local shops, amenities, café and pub; it's wonderful north-facing aspect on Holborrow Avenue, and its resort like features (gym and pool). I also appreciate certain aspects of its design such as each basement level carpark having its own driveway entrance (clever!) and the rubbish/recycling chutes on each level (convenient!).
With the intent to settle the cheapest one-bedroom apartment I could find in the Molonglo Valley – the Marlu 1A apartments at $299k (back in 2020, mind you!) were a fantastic price point, especially for Denman Prospect.
I am pleased with the excellent service provided by the teams at LJ Hooker Project Marketing and Core Development. Thanks for getting me to The Prospect!
- I can’t speak highly enough of the teams at Core and LJ Hooker. When I was looking for my retirement home I looked at a lot of complexes and floorplans and I kept coming back to Marlu. The floor plan was exactly what I was looking for and the team at LJ Hooker could not have been more helpful. I had been looking for a while to buy an apartment that had a well-designed floor plan, in an area I wanted, north facing and with views. Marlu delivered on all these and also came with fabulous finishes and a developer that was willing to accommodate variations.
